Cowpea stuffed with meat
Overview
The dish of cowpea stuffed with meat is actually very simple to make and delicious. Cowpeas are more delicious than meat. The cowpeas absorb the aroma of the meat and the original aroma of the cowpeas is particularly delicious. I steamed this dish to reduce the amount of oil, which makes it healthier to eat.
