Wash the chicken offal and rub the chicken intestines with salt. Slice the chicken hearts, gizzards, and livers, and cut the chicken intestines into small pieces. Marinate with cooking wine, pepper, salt and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Cut the ingredients into small pieces and set aside. Pour oil into a hot pan. After the oil is burned (put your hand on top of the pan and it will feel hot, the oil is ready). Pour the chicken giblets into the pan and stir-fry (it must be high, it will take about ten seconds). Remove the chicken giblets, turn on low heat, put all the ingredients in the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
