Ingredients: 4 squids, 2 green peppers, a small amount of ginger, 2 chives, seasonings: 3 grams of salt, 3 grams of MSG, 1 tablespoon of steamed fish drum oil, 1 and a half tablespoons of cooking wine, and 1/2 tablespoons of blended oil

Wash the green pepper and cut it diagonally into small sections. Kill the squid, wash it and cut it into rings
