I had a piece of noodles and half a bowl of stuffing left over from eating dumplings during the Winter Solstice. Today I am making pot stickers. Although they are reused, they taste even better. It's really delicious, leaves a fragrance on your lips and teeth, and has endless aftertaste.

  7. Starting from one end, fold both sides in half to form a dumpling.

  9. Pour oil into the pot and place the dumplings in the oil.

  11. Cover the pot and simmer until you hear a "sizzling" sound.
