For a box of lactone tofu, cut the plastic along the edge with a knife and pour out the water.

Turn the tofu upside down on a plate and cut off a corner to easily remove the packaging.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and the preserved eggs into small pieces and put them together.

Add chopped green onion.

Add cilantro.

Add Thai peppercorns.

Make a sauce: light soy sauce, sugar, MSG, chicken powder, sesame oil, chili oil, white sesame seeds, garlic (if you like vinegar, you can add a little).

Stir evenly and pour on top of the tofu.
