Overview
Spring rolls are different from spring pancakes in my hometown. In my memory, I always had it on the New Year’s Eve table when I was a kid. It was a golden dough filled with either sweet bean paste or fried vegetables of various colors. After deep-frying, it was served as a snack, and the aroma was fragrant. Spring rolls not only mean welcoming the new year, but also because spring rolls usually contain a lot of fresh spring vegetables, so their nutritional value is very high. After eating Vietnamese spring rolls, I felt that this kind of transparent rice wrapper is really beautiful. It is easy to make, just soak it until soft and roll it up. It is not greasy at all, making the dish full of color and fresh and refreshing. Today's New Year's dinner table is no longer like the big fish and meat of childhood. What is more attractive is healthy, innovative and nutritious food. Then, it will be more suitable to make spring rolls by soaking the rice skin until soft and then wrapping the vegetables and shrimps. The spring rolls are full of color.
