Zucchini vermicelli vegetarian bun
Overview
The sweetness of the zucchini and the chewiness of the vermicelli satisfy my love for steamed buns! I like the spiciness of pepper, so I added more white pepper powder. When you bite into it, it is salty and delicious!

Add an appropriate amount of yeast to the water and knead the dough until the surface is smooth, then cover it with a cloth and place it in a warm place to ferment.

Shred the zucchini, marinate with a little salt for a while, squeeze out the water and set aside. Soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into small pieces, then chop the green onions and ginger and set aside.
