Wash the chicken breasts, peel and wash the carrots and potatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes. Wash and dice the green peppers. Marinate the diced chicken breasts with cooking wine and soy sauce for ten minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant, add marinated diced pork and continue stir-frying until the diced pork just changes color.

Add diced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.

Finally, sprinkle in the diced pepper and stir-fry a few times to thicken the gravy. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
