Shredded cucumber and chicken in oil
Overview
Once I went to a restaurant and ordered a cucumber mixed with pork ribs. I thought it tasted very good. I was in a hurry to prepare it today and I didn’t have time to prepare the pork ribs. I tried using chicken instead. It was not bad~

Put cooking wine in the pot, add water to the pepper and aniseed ingredients and bring to a boil. Wash and add the chicken breasts, cook for 10 minutes and remove.

Wash the cucumber, remove the head and tail, cut it in half, smash it into pieces, sprinkle with a little salt and set aside.

Prepare as shown.

Tear the chicken into strips or shreds with your hands. I didn't tear it too finely for fear that it would break after mixing.

Use another container to store cilantro and garlic. (It is best to use a small pot for easy mixing)

Heat the frying spoon and pour the oil. (Be sure to use a low heat.) Heat the cold oil in the pan and sauté the pepper until fragrant. Turn off the heat, add the chili pepper, stir-fry and pour into the container with coriander and garlic.

Pour in the rest of the light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, etc. (Refer to the details I wrote, and add whatever is missing~) Mix well and serve on a plate~
