Soak dried kelp shreds in cold water.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and soak them in cold water for 5 minutes.

Wash the soaked kelp shreds, put them into a pot and cook them, then remove and drain the water.

Boil the enoki mushrooms in a pot, remove and drain.

Add salt to the bowl.

Add sugar.

Add chicken powder.

Add white vinegar and stir the sauce evenly.

Place the drained kelp shreds and enoki mushrooms in a container, pour in the sauce and mix well.

Plate evenly mixed ingredients.
