Rainbow cake
Overview
This rainbow cake uses chiffon cake for the delicate texture. If you know how to make chiffon, you can directly make the cake batter according to the chiffon method. You can start directly from step 15. The inside of a rainbow cake is also as colorful as a rainbow, so it is necessary to make cake embryos of various colors. Isolated egg yolk

The divided egg whites and egg yolks are placed in different egg beating basins

Add salad oil

Add milk

Continue stirring until the oil and water are mixed

Sift in low-gluten flour

After the egg whites are beaten, add a few drops of lemon juice. Add 60 grams of white sugar in three batches (you can add it while beating). Use an electric egg beater to beat until wet foam. Add corn starch. When beating the egg whites, add a toothpick's worth of coloring. Turn the egg beater at low speed until there are strong corners when lifting the egg beater as shown. Follow the same method to make other color cakes

Use a spatula to scoop 1/3 of the beaten meringue into the egg yolk batter basin, and stir evenly from the bottom up

300g animal cream plus 30g white sugar
