Scallion pimple soup
Overview
I used to get car sick a lot when I was a kid, and I still get car sick now. Every time I sit in a car, I feel like I'm sick, and I feel sick when I see food. At this time, my mother would make me a bowl of pimple soup. The warm soup would go down my stomach and sit just right with my stomach, which would whet my appetite immediately. I recently went on a business trip and sat in the car for a few days, and I felt like I was sick again. I made this pimple soup with the only ingredients I had on hand, and it was exactly what my mother tasted. After one bowl, it feels much better!

Steps
-
Add a small amount of water to the flour and stir into snowflakes
-
Knead the flour into a dough of moderate hardness
-
Wash the picked celery leaves and cut into small pieces
-
Prepare other materials
-
diced tomatoes
-
Cut small rapeseed into thin strips
-
Crack and beat the eggs
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water boils, pull the dough into pieces with your hands and put them into the pot

This is scallion oil made in advance. It can be made fresh (just fry the scallions slowly over low heat), or you can make more in advance and put it in a bottle for ready use
-
Add tomatoes, celery leaves and rapeseed leaves, add white pepper, salt, and scallion oil (if you don’t have scallion oil, you can use sesame oil instead, but the taste is not as good as scallion oil)
-
Slowly pour the egg liquid in a circle around the pot, wait for about a minute and then stir
-
Heat for a few more minutes and it’s ready
-
Take out of the pot
-
Have a hot bowl and feel better after eating it!
