Tofu and Loach Soup
Overview
Loach is known as the ginseng in water. Last time, a Chinese medicine doctor asked me to make some loach soup for my children. So I listened to her and every week there would always be a soup with ingredients like this to cook for my children and family. Loach is a good ingredient. Today I cooked it with tofu. It is really delicious. Friends who like it can refer to it.

Have all materials ready.

Add oil to the hot pot, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, and add the washed loach to the pot.

Fry the loach until slightly dry.

Transfer to the boiling stockpot.

Fry the tofu and set aside. After frying, add the fish maw to the soup pot.

Place the tofu in the soup pot and cook until the soup base is bright white. Add appropriate amount of fine salt to taste.
