Prepare the chopped ingredients

Soak vermicelli in warm water for hair

Boil water in a pot and add some salt water, then add the raw materials and blanch them

Put the blanched ingredients into iced boiling water and chill for two minutes

Make a sauce: add a little more minced garlic and coriander, 1 spoon of very fresh soy sauce, 1 spoon of steamed fish soy sauce, 2 spoons of sesame paste, half a spoon of sesame oil, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chicken powder, an appropriate amount of salt, 2 spoons of red chili oil (the full name of the red oil production steps is detailed in the recipe I posted: it is compound chili red oil) and finally add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water and mix well
