Have materials ready.

First stir-fry the fat meat to remove the oil, add garlic, ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir-fry evenly.

After two minutes, add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water, soy sauce, sugar and oil, mix well and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally add salt and pepper, mix well and cook for one minute.

Sprinkle some green onions out of the pan.
