Private Spicy Braised Peanuts
Overview
When peanuts mature again, it reminds me of many scenes from my childhood. There were not many snacks at that time, so peanuts were one of them, and there were many ways to eat them. Every time I go to my grandma's house, I will eat it. Especially in the winter, people use stoves to keep warm in the countryside. You can put a layer of peanuts on top of the stove and wait for the peanuts to roast while warming the fire. When you smell the fragrance, you can eat it. Not to mention, the taste baked like this is really great and super fragrant. In fact, everyone feels very good eating it while chatting. I still remember that when I was a child, I went to the fields to pull peanuts. I guess even the kids who grew up in the city didn’t know that peanuts grow in the ground. Last time, a friend told me cutely that peanuts don’t grow on trees. It made me laugh so hard that I laughed to death. Generally, we wait until there is some sunshine after the rain to pull out peanuts. The ground is not too wet, but the soil is loose and easy to pull out. It will come up with a gentle tug. After pulling out everything, just use a hoe to clean out any loose parts. This time I also went to the vegetable market and saw fresh peanuts coming out, and then I realized that the early season peanuts were ripe. I originally wanted to buy them at the vegetable market, but Mr. Lou said that the ones in my grandpa’s field must be ripe, so it is better to go home and pick them. It was a bit hot, so I thought why buy it at home. It was really hot when I went there despite the scorching heat. The braised peanuts this time are really different from the previous ones. They have been slightly improved, but the taste has changed a lot, so I still need to make some changes in my life
