Soak the beef tendons in blood water and wash them

Prepare seasoning packets, ginger slices and green onions

First blanch the beef tendons in cold water, then remove and wash them

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger to warm oil and sauté until fragrant

Add the beef and stir-fry until fragrant, then add rice wine

Add braised soy sauce and stir-fry until the aroma of soy sauce comes out, then add boiling water

Pour everything into the pressure cooker

Prepare the seasonings for the sauce (oil, chili, sesame oil, red wine, vinegar, fresh soy sauce, coriander, crispy cooked peanuts, crushed garlic)

Add fresh soy sauce, red wine vinegar, oil chili pepper, sesame oil and minced garlic into the bowl and mix well, then add a spoonful of pressed beef broth and mix well
