Cut the pork belly into pieces and fry in a pan until the oil is almost gone. Add the ingredients one at a time and saute until fragrant. Add half a bowl of water and simmer, adding the green onions last.

The simmering time does not need to be too long. At the end, put down the green onions and simmer for 2 minutes.
