  1. Chop the pork bones into pieces, put them in a pot with cold water, add cooking wine and blanch them to remove the blood foam

  3. Onion segments, ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves and dried fennel stalks are ready

  4. Add water and vegetable oil to a hot pot and fry the sugar over low heat

  8. Cooking wine, light soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar stir-fry evenly

  9. Add water and bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer

  10. After simmering for one hour, add an appropriate amount of salt, and simmer for another 20 minutes or so. When the soup thickens, season with chicken essence and serve.
