Overview
I like traveling and tasting local food. I bought donkey meat from Pingyao, Shanxi. I couldn’t wait to cook donkey meat on fire right after I returned from my trip. My son praised it for being delicious. It would be even more delicious if it was made from yeast dough.

Have materials ready.
