Pour boiling water into the dough bowl and mix evenly with chopsticks to form a smooth dough.

Chop the prepared vegetables and mix them together, mix the seasonings and set aside.

Grip into small pieces and flatten.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into a round dough.

Put the prepared filling into the dumpling skin and wrap it according to your favorite wrapping method.

Wrap it well and put it in a steamer, steam it over high heat for about 8 minutes.
