Easy to make and delicious in summer. The raw material is Yunnan pea jelly bought online. There are two small packages in one package, so you can make it twice.

Pour 210 grams of raw materials into a bowl, slowly add 500ML water into the bowl, stir evenly, and there will be some foam on the surface.

After boiling 500ML water in the pot, pour the evenly stirred paste into the mixture and stir clockwise with chopsticks while pouring.

Lower the heat to low and continue stirring with chopsticks for about 15 minutes. If there is some resistance and big bubbles appear on the surface, turn off the heat.

Pour it into the prepared container while it is hot and slowly begin to condense. After cooling, you can put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

Gently invert onto a cutting board, shred and serve in a bowl.

Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce or soy sauce into the bowl, you can choose according to your own taste. Heat oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour it into the bowl.
