Fried glutinous rice
Overview
Raw fried glutinous rice is a delicacy made from raw glutinous rice, Cantonese sausage, dried shrimps and other ingredients. This rice can replenish qi, aid digestion, treat postpartum anemia in women, and is especially suitable for postpartum nourishment. This is a famous delicacy in Cantonese cuisine.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for two hours, dice the bacon and sausage, remove the coating from the cooked peanuts, and soak the shrimp until soft.

Heat the pan without adding oil, add the diced sausage and bacon and stir-fry until fragrant.

As shown in the picture, stir-fry until it is transparent, oily and fragrant, then add the dried shrimps and stir-fry.

Scoop out and set aside.

There is bacon and sausage grease in the pot, add a little oil, add glutinous rice and stir-fry.

Fry until the glutinous rice becomes transparent.

Add a small bowl of boiling water and mix well.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open the lid and use chopsticks to break up the glutinous rice. Repeat again, add half a bowl of boiling water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the glutinous rice is cooked.

Open the lid again and you will see that the glutinous rice is cooked through and the rice grains are bright and distinct. Add a little oyster sauce, spread it with chopsticks and mix well.

Add the diced bacon, sausage, and peanuts, and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the parsley and green onions and stir-fry evenly.
