  1. Mushrooms, fungus, walnuts, chestnuts, chopped.

  2. Chop green pepper.

  3. Pixian bean paste is chopped as shown in the picture.

  4. Heat the rapeseed oil and pour in the pork chop.

  8. Add thirteen spices, pepper, cumin, and peppercorns. Saute until fragrant and add dark soy sauce. Stir-fry repeatedly.

  9. Fry until the mushrooms are a little flat.

  10. Add water to the pot, cover with lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook until as shown in the picture below.

  11. Finally, use high heat to reduce the juice, add green pepper, sesame seeds, chicken essence, and salt, stir-fry until the juice is sticky, then add light soy sauce and stir-fry until the juice is reduced, add MSG and stir-fry.
