Mixed Vegetables and Black Rice Shaomai

Mixed Vegetables and Black Rice Shaomai

Overview

Siomai, also known as siomai or shou mai, is a very popular specialty snack. It usually has fillings of rice, minced meat, and stir-fried mushrooms, but this time I used black rice and an appropriate amount of mixed vegetables. It is light and nutritious, and children especially like it. Ingredients: 100 grams of black rice, 150 grams of glutinous rice, 100 grams of onions, 150 grams of dumpling wrappers, 100 grams of mixed vegetables. Seasoning: appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of salt.
