Whole wheat olive oil bread
Overview
Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, as well as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K and antioxidants. It is considered to be the most suitable oil for human nutrition among the oils discovered so far. I used it to make bread today and it worked really well.
