Super simple spicy and sour cold skin

Summer is here, I like to eat cold skin but I am afraid that the food outside is not safe for my baby to eat. I specially learned this simple method of making cold skin, but I didn’t expect that it tastes really good the first time I made it.

First, add water and salt to the flour and knead it into a harder dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Mash the garlic with some salt, add chicken powder and pepper powder/bay leaves/cinnamon, add boiling water. Make garlic water and cool it down.

Dilute sesame paste and vinegar.

Put the risen dough into water and knead repeatedly

Change the water several times and knead until the dough becomes gluten.

Put the facial cleansing water together and let it sit for a while. Pour out as much water as possible.

Steam the washed gluten for 10 minutes. Take it out and let it cool, then cut it into small pieces and set aside.

Now you can use the flour water to make the dough. Take a pizza baking pan, pour a spoonful and a half of the pasta water into the baking pan, shake it evenly, and steam it in a steamer for three minutes.

Take out the steamed dough and let it cool. Repeat several times until the dough is used up.

Cut the dough into strips.
