Wash the leek moss, remove the flowers and cut into inch sections.

Cut the chicken breast into long strips, add starch, egg white, salt, and pepper and marinate for five minutes.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and fry the chicken breast first until the meat turns white and take it out.

Take another pot, add leek moss, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

When the leek becomes soft, add shredded chicken.
