Stir-fried shredded pork with coriander
Overview
I like to eat coriander very much, and often put a handful when making soup. It can also be eaten cold or stir-fried. When paired with pork loin, the coriander is crispy and tender, the shredded meat is tender and smooth, and the taste is very good.
