Mexican Chicken Burrito
Overview
I have always thought that Mexican chicken tacos are difficult to make, and I just look at them every time. Yesterday, I accidentally discovered the recipe and found that it is very simple. Then you can make it~ Taco, sometimes transliterated as taco, is a traditional Mexican food. It is eaten by rolling up meat fillings, vegetables, etc. in a tortilla.

Defrost the wing roots in advance and remove the bones.

Take out the marinated chicken and coat it with bread crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, with upper and lower heat + hot air convection at 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. Let the roasted chicken cool.

Put cornmeal and flour into a basin, the ratio is 1:1.

Add appropriate amount of water to knead into a soft dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Take out the risen dough.

Divide into three small dough balls.

Roll it out and make it as round as possible. (Oh, I’m a handicapped person, so the rolling is not round, sorry...)

Put no oil in the non-stick pan, put the pancakes in and fry over low heat.

Take out all the baked pancakes. Prepare lettuce and tomato sauce, carrots (I used red and yellow), and cut chicken into strips.
