Prepare flour. Add a little salt to the flour. (1/3 of a standard salt spoon).

Prepare cabbage leaves and green onions.

Knead the dough with warm water. (The noodles should be softer)

Cut the cabbage leaves into thin strips.

Cut the green onions into mince and stir in the sesame oil.

Put shredded cabbage on one end of the noodles.
