  1. Pick, wash, and shred the lettuce. You can tear it into large pieces or cook the whole leaves directly according to your personal preference.

  2. Prepare the gnocchi in advance and cook as soon as the water boils. Add an appropriate amount of water to the flour and stir it into finely chopped dough. Add water slowly and stir evenly.

  3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the gnocchi under the boiling water, slide it out quickly, and stir frequently until cooked.

  4. Add shredded lettuce, turn off the heat, add salt, pepper, mushroom powder and light soy sauce to taste. If you like, you can add some sesame oil. I like it light for dinner, without adding oil.
