Sweet and Sour Garden Pineapple Fried Rice
Overview
The pineapple is sour and the onion is sweet, which is a treat for little friends who don’t like vegetables. You can eat it to the fullest if you eat casually. It’s also suitable to eat when you have a bad appetite.

Cut the pineapple in half;

Use a knife to cut along the four sides of the pineapple, and cut the pineapple core into small pieces;

Use an iron spoon to scoop out the pineapple core;

Soak the pineapple meat in salt water; wash the peas and corn and set aside; (if they are raw, they need to be blanched). Dice onions, green peppers, and carrots;

Crack the eggs into a bowl, pour a little oil, pour in the egg liquid when the oil is hot, stir it up with a spatula, and scoop it out when cooked;

Heat the oil again, add onions and saute until fragrant;

Add rice and use a spatula to gently break up the rice;

Add peas, corn, green peppers and carrots and stir-fry;
