Overview
It is made by deboning and dicing chicken leg meat and frying it. The meat is tender and elastic. Add chili to cook it and it is spicy and delicious. It is a good dish to go with rice.

Prepare materials.

Soak ginger slices and dried chilies in water and set aside.
