Stewed tofu skin
Overview
The local tofu skin tastes a bit hard, and I don’t know how many times my family members have complained about it. This time I bought Jinzhou dried tofu skin online, and it was really delicious. I couldn’t wait to make stewed tofu skin, which was well received by the whole family.

Tofu skin, cut into shreds, very thin tofu skin, don’t cut it too finely, very good.

Soak sweet potato vermicelli in warm water in advance.

Cut the lean meat into shreds.

Heat the wok and add appropriate amount of lard.

Sauté chopped green onions, minced ginger, and peppercorns

Add the lean meat and stir-fry until it changes colour, add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Put the tofu skin in the pot and stir-fry briefly, add stock.

Add soaked sweet potato vermicelli.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Take it out of the pot and put it into a bowl, it's delicious.
