Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Prepare shredded ginger and chop coriander and chives.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add shredded ginger and bring to a boil over high heat, then add the duck blood and bring to the boil again. Add oil, salt, pepper and rice wine and cook for about two minutes.

Put the cilantro and chives into the soup bowl.
