Tofu scraped into pieces

Chopped green onion and ginger

Add the minced onion, ginger, five-spice powder, cumin powder, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt and stir evenly.

Make a round head and fry it slowly in a pan over low heat. Don't turn it over easily... once one side is hard, use chopsticks to gently pull it, and then fry the other sides... the most important aspect is technique😊
