Wash the whole pork ribs with skin and drain them. Separate pork belly from bones. Put it into a plate and mix it with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and honey barbecue sauce. Spread evenly over the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Line a baking pan with tin foil and brush a layer of oil on the tin foil. Place the marinated pork bones and pork belly on a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes, and place the baking sheet on the middle shelf. Bake for 15 minutes over high and low heat, then smear the sauce on the plate on the other side and bake for another 15 minutes. Flip again. Lower the temperature to 120 degrees and bake for about ten minutes.

Take out the pork belly and slice it while it is still hot. Stand the ribs up like an arch and place the pork belly evenly on the ribs.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the red and green pepper rings and garlic slices.
