Wrap the fillings in wonton wrappers
-
Grab it with your hands like this (please ignore my fat hands)
-
Squeeze again to make the skin and filling stick together
-
OK, take out the chopsticks.
-
It's wrapped, looks pretty, I think it looks like Squidward. Don't worry about the filling being exposed, it will stick together as soon as it is cooked.
-
This wrapping method is very fast and can pack a very large filling. This took less than ten minutes and it was ready
-
Chop the tomatoes in a food processor. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the pan with chopped green onion, add tomatoes, and cook for five minutes. Add minced garlic and salt
-
Add water and add the cabbage heart. The longer the cabbage heart cooks, the better it tastes, so you can put it in very early.
-
After the water boils, add noodles and wontons. You can put them together. Be careful not to let the noodles puncture the wontons. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the noodles and wontons are cooked together. Add coriander and it's ready.
