Pickled pork slices
Overview
Sauerkraut, fried meat or boiled meat are both very delicious with rice. The pickled pork slices I made are only slightly sour and spicy. If you like it spicier, add some pickled peppers and cook for a while or drizzle some red oil on it to make it more enjoyable. Ingredients: 2 bags of sauerkraut, 350 grams of pork front shank, Ingredients: 3 red peppers, a little Sichuan peppercorns, 2 slices of ginger, 3 green onions, 10 grams of coriander, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of pepper, an appropriate amount of refined salt, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
