Wash the celery, drain it, cut it with a knife and set aside.

Cut the accessories into small pieces with a knife.

Put all the ingredients together.

Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until the fat is released, then add green onion and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add celery and stir-fry.

The wide noodles have been blanched and soaked in water in advance and just put in the pot and stir-fry together with the celery.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder and a little sugar to taste.
