Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine, put the liquid on the bottom and the flour on top. Make a hole in the center of the flour, add the yeast and cover it with flour.

After one kneading cycle, add butter and start another kneading cycle.

Let the dough rise until you can poke a hole in it with floured fingers and the hole will not shrink back.

When the dough is rising, put the walnuts in the oven at 150 degrees for about 8 minutes, take them out and chop them.

Deflate the fermented dough, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out the rested dough into a rectangle of about 30cm*40cm.

Sprinkle appropriate amount of cinnamon powder on the surface and spread evenly.

Sprinkle appropriate amount of fine sugar and spread evenly

Sprinkle three-quarters of the toasted walnuts evenly on top.

Roll up the dough from the long end.

Cut the roll into 9 equal sections.

Place the dough roll upright in the mold to continue fermenting.

After the bread has risen until the mold is full, take it out and brush a layer of egg wash on top.

Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on the bread and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
