Prepare 300 grams of dried soybeans

Soak the soybeans for several hours. Remember to change the water several times in summer

Put in a soy milk machine and grind it into soy milk

Prepare 10 grams of edible salt brine and mix it with 20 grams of warm water

The ground soy milk is cooled to about 80 degrees

Start ordering tofu, remember to add the brine little by little, and stir the soy milk while ordering

Until a bean-like shape appears

Leave the place where you have placed it for 20 minutes, then scoop out the water on it

Put the tofu into a tofu box and press it

Place something heavy on the tofu box to squeeze out the excess water
