Slice onion, ginger and garlic.

Wash and dice the chicken breast, mix well with cooking wine, salt, starch, sugar, pepper, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. Dice bell pepper and red pepper.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger and garlic slices to stir out the aroma.

Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until the diced chicken turns white.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and cooking wine according to personal taste, stir-fry.
