Corn and Lotus Root Beef Stew
Overview
My family has a son who loves beef, so he usually eats beef the most. I was pressed for time at noon today, so I used the simplest and fastest method to stew beef. It takes just 20 minutes to cook in a pressure cooker, and the beef is very tender. It comes with soup, meat, and vegetables, and it's hot when served with rice. This method is especially suitable for office workers. Although it is simple and quick, it tastes very good, especially with the addition of carrots and fresh corn. The soup is a bit sweet, which is very good.
