Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into small cubes (I forgot to take a photo of the small cubes)

Cut cucumber into small cubes

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Add diced king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked

Add diced cucumber and stir-fry

Add a spoonful of Laoganma and stir-fry

Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of starch, half a spoonful of sugar, a little salt and appropriate amount of water and mix well
