I made mushroom steamed buns with more cocoa powder. I didn’t want to waste it, so I made a two-color steamed bun. After this epidemic, we have learned more about the preciousness of food.

  1. Kneaded dough.

  9. Rub it down again with your hands (the thickness should be roughly the same)

  10. Cut with a knife.

  11. Place in the steamer to rise twice.

  12. After it has risen, steam it in a pot with cold water, then turn it on over high heat and steam it for 15 minutes.
