Pan-fried buns with milk mushroom
Overview
I bought milk mushroom from Yunnan, which is a wild edible mushroom in the mountains and forests. It looks very plump, but after soaking it has a dry texture, which is much worse than porcini mushrooms. I bought a lot of stir-fried vegetables that didn't taste good, so I made them into steamed buns. After all, they were mushrooms, and the steamed buns made from them tasted much better than ordinary vegetables.
