Stir-fried beef with cumin and onions
Overview
If you have time, cook some beef and keep it in the refrigerator. It will save you trouble when eating. It can be served cold, stir-fried, or seasoned according to personal preference. This time I just stir-fried it very simply and seasoned it with cumin and other ingredients, so I didn’t need to buy takeout skewers.

Cut the cooked beef into large pieces about 3mm thick.

Cut onions into cubes.

Cut cilantro into small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok and fry the minced ginger and pepper until fragrant.

Add onions and saute until fragrant.

Add beef slices and stir-fry, pour a spoonful of oyster sauce. Stir constantly while adding seasonings.

Add a spoonful of cumin.

Finally add the coriander segments, stir well and remove from the pan.
