Put a flower knife on the back of the fish tail for easy flavoring

Slice ginger, smash garlic, and cut off spicy millet

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish tail until both sides are slightly brown

Heat oil in another pot, add chili millet, garlic and ginger slices until fragrant

Add the fish tail, pour an appropriate amount of water, add green onions and cooking wine

Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, add two spoons of dark soy sauce, one spoon of light soy sauce, and a little sugar

Cook over low heat for 7.8 minutes, add salt to taste
